Office Opening Hours:
Mon - Fri, 8.30 AM to 5.00 PM

The office will be closed for 30 minutes during the day for lunch. The aim is to take this time between 12 and 12.30. However, there are occasions when - due to visitors etc. - the 30 minutes is moved around. A notice will be placed on the door to let you know when the office will be re-opened.

8. Air Conditioning

If residents hire an A/C company and the service man needs to have access to the A/C unit on the roof, residents are to call the office ahead of time to set up an appointment so that maintenance can open the roof hatch.

On arrival, the A/C company must first stop by the office and provide their company license and insurance paper so that a copy can be made and kept on file. Access to the roof will not be granted unless this is done, due to liability concerns.

9. Lawn Service and Landscaper
Jim's Trim will be here twice a month. Residents who have a back yard, must leave their gates unlocked for service.

10. Pool Service
Oceanic Pools will be here on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
